1. Store and product information
Products, prices, variants, inventory, and checkout are controlled through Stubby’s Commerce OS. Draft products labeled for owner verification are not offers for sale.
2. Orders and payment
An order is accepted only when the connected commerce system confirms it. The owner must approve payment methods, tax settings, order-cancellation rules, and pricing-error handling.
3. Handmade and custom items
3D-printed and custom items may have maker-specific characteristics. The owner must define materials, dimensions, age or safety guidance, personalization approvals, lead times, and custom-order cancellation terms on each product.
4. Intellectual property
Store branding and original content may not be reused without permission. Draft product references associated with third-party entertainment properties must not be sold until licensing and ownership are verified.
5. Promotions
Promotions are governed by their published rules. The Mystery Smile Bag unboxing promotion remains inactive until the owner verifies all eligibility and fulfillment fields.
6. Owner completion
The owner must supply the legal business identity, governing law, liability language, warranty approach, and effective date before these terms are published as final.
